Buffalo Drilling Company, Inc., (BDC) is a specialty foundation and drilling contractor involved with subsurface investigations for geotechnical and environmental projects, and construction-related services. These services include: caisson drilling, construction de-watering, earth retention (i.e., shoring) systems, soldier piles with lagging walls, soil and rock anchors, and tie backs.
The firm was incorporated by Mr. James S. Barron, P.E. in April, 1983. Steady growth has allowed substantial additions of skilled personnel and equipment inventory, facilitating involvement in a wide variety of projects and continuously expanding capabilities.
In excess of one thousand projects have been undertaken and successfully completed. Primary subsurface investigations and remediation services include test boring, rock coring, split spoon and tube sampling, test pit excavations, monitoring/observation well installation, direct push services, and limited access drilling.
